Cancellation Policy
Details of fees will be confirmed prior to your appointment and are due on or before your scheduled appointment. All appointments are scheduled. No walk ins permitted. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment it will be canceled and rescheduled. Please contact the office directly if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
